YS12F  = Precise and reliable placement

The YS12F offers high flexibility on just 1.8m2 – 30% less than conventional equipment.

It’s 5 placement head takes care that a full range of components can be placed on a wide board range size, making the YS12F a true multifunctional placement machine. The YS12F is suitable as a single machine solution or in line up to speeds of 45kcph with over 280 feeder positions.

Offering many feeding positions, handling a large board size and component range, makes the YS12F a truly flexible and modular placement machine that can be used stand-alone or in line with other YS-Series equipment. Fully compatible SW with existing M- and X-Series equipment is the operating user interface, reducing the learning curve to zero. Even for first time users, the intuitive user interface, with self-explaining graphical screens and icons makes operating the YS12F the most easy to experience.

The YS12F handles tape feeders, stick feeder and tray feeders and special feeders for small strips of tape, making it next to line solutions also an excellent solution for prototyping and evaluation purposes.
